Prawira Atmadja
Finance Director - PT. BASF Indonesia

Prawira Atmadja has been with PT BASF Indonesia since 2001 and as Director of Finance and Corporate Functions since 2003  h is responsibilities include finance, business controlling, tax, supply chain, IT/IS, procurement and customer service, consisting of more than 50 team members.  He also plays an active role in M&A activities in BASF Indonesia. Currently he sits in the Board of Directors of BASF in Indonesia and in the Philippines.

Prior to joining BASF, he has had different positions in finance and business controlling with other companies such as Tigaraksa, Nestle, and ABB.

Currently he also serves as the Treasurer and member of the Executive Board of the European Business Chamber and Commerce in Indonesia (Eurocham), Vice Chairman of the Priority Lane Companies Association (APJP) and Vice President of the CFO Club Indonesia.
Regi Wahyu
CEO and Founder of Hara

Regi Wahyu is a Serial Entrepreneur in Tech & Social Impact. HARA is a global blockchain based data exchange for social impact. With a firm belief that information access in the agriculture sector can improve the livelihood of billions of smallholder farmers by providing an ecosystem which allow the invisible to become accessible.

As an executive level in the business development area, Regi has developed a start-up business, turned around a “mature-declining” organization, merger and Acquisition and managed growth strategies across the Asia Pacific region during his professional career at GENERAL ELECTRIC and DUPONT. Prior to Dattabot and HARA, Regi has exited his first business PosterScope and Isobar to Dentsu Japan.

He graduated from Singularity Nasa Research Centre on Future Technology and hold Advance Certification on Technology Management from MIT after he graduated from Padjadjaran University.

He got selected to join the leading social impact network of ASHOKA FELLOW and the high impact entrepreneurs network of ENDEAVOR.
Davide Vassallo
CEO, DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Davide Vassallo is CEO, DuPont Sustainable Solutions.  In this role, he leads a global operations management consulting business specializing in enabling organizations to protect their employees and assets, realize operational efficiencies, innovate more rapidly and build workforce capability.

Since joining DuPont Sustainable Solutions in 2010, Davide has focused on helping corporations manage operational risk, achieve operational excellence and improve business performance while also reducing their environmental footprints. He brings experience across a range of industries, including oil and gas, transportation, telecommunications, manufacturing, and infrastructure development.

Prior to joining DuPont, Davide was global leader of the Sustainability practice at Arthur D. Little, a global management consulting firm. Areas in which he was involved included sustainability strategy, carbon management, emission trading, renewable energies, and environmental and safety assessment and management. Prior to that, he was sustainability manager at H3G SpA, a mobile telecommunication business, and a project manager at the Italian National Environmental Protection Agency.

Davide is a graduate of Polytechnic of Turin (Italy) with a degree in Environmental Engineering.  He has published over 50 articles for newspapers, journals, magazines and conferences on risk management, leadership, carbon management, life cycle assessment, environmental assessments and sustainable development.
Michael Lu
Digitalization Practice Lead - APAC, DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Michael Lu has 23 years consulting experience, providing operational transformation, management improvement, digitalization and IT consulting services for large enterprises in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Utilities. As a consulting project leader, he led a number of corporate wide enterprise transformation projects in the areas of Industrial IoT, Smart Plant, Digital Strategy Planning, Operational Excellence, Enterprise Resources Planning, Supply Chain, CRM, Human Capital Management among others.  He has an extensive experience in helping traditional industrial enterprises advance digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing. 

Michael is leading the Digital & OPEX practices in DSS China and the ASEAN region, with the mission of helping our clients bring in operations management innovation and transformation leveraging both 200+ years of DuPont best practices and know-how and the next generation technologies in order to achieve safe, profitable and sustainable operations.
Alexey Lesin
Global Practice Leader, Innovation, Knowledge Management, Data Analytics
DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Alexey leads the Global Innovation Practice, Center for Knowledge Management and Data Analytics teams at DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS). DSS is DuPont’s consulting business unit that brings the company’s 200+ years’ of expertise and experience to its external clients.

Focusing on Corporate Innovation Management Process, Alexey leads a team of global experts who support clients in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining & Metals and Utilities industries, among others. DSS leverages DuPont knowledge and supports clients all the way from innovation strategy to market launch of novel solutions.

Prior to taking the global leadership role Alexey was in charge of DSS consulting business in a strategic market in Europe. His team, located in several countries, have developed and delivered projects in areas of Operations Risk, Assets Productivity, Capital Projects Management and Sustainable Development.

Alexey’s 15 years of DuPont’s experience also include leadership positions with DuPont Industrial Polymers business, Oil & Gas market segments and emerging markets business development. He initially started with DuPont as a consultant and then project manager of the company’s internal consulting team, working with the portfolio of DuPont business units across Europe, Middle East and Africa on strategy, sales and marketing effectiveness, pricing, channel and value capture.
Srinivasan Ramabhadran
Managing Director - APAC, DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Srini leads DuPont Sustainable Solutions’ (DSS) Asia Pacific business as Managing Director and  was previously a  global  Operational  Risk  Management  practice leader driving DSS’ global growth. Srini has more than 33 years of international experience that includes managing operations and management consulting. His consulting experience covers a broad range of industries such as chemical/petrochemical, refining, mining and metals and manufacturing.

Srini has led cross-functional/cross-regional teams that facilitate the sustainable transformation of organizational culture in the areas of innovation management, operational excellence and operational risk management. He has facilitated leadership workshops  and  is  a  personal  coach  for  management  teams  of  several  leading companies. He led the PSM curriculum development and has been instrumental in establishing the learning and development curriculum for organizations.

Prior  to  joining  DuPont,  he  had  represented  Singapore  in  TC  207  for  ISO  14000 standards  and  was  part  of  a  team  that  published  a  report  on  "Incentives  for  Eco- efficiency – Market Based Instruments for Pollution Prevention: A Case Study of the Steel Sector in India" as part of the UNIDO – IIED, UK - CII project. He was adjunct lecturer in National University of Singapore on environmental management. He is an external advisor to University of Newcastle on the BEnvOHS.

Rajiv Seneviratne
Country Head - Indonesia, DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Rajiv Seneviratne leads DuPont Sustainable Solutions in Indonesia.   He brings 18 years of industry and operations consulting experience across Oil & Gas (Up and Downstream), Lubricants, Petrochemicals, Agribusiness and Manufacturing sectors.

Since joining DSS, Rajiv has been helping organisations improve operations, reduce cost and improve risk and safety excellence.  He advises both private and public sector clients, focusing in Indonesia on the O&G, Mining, Construction and Manufacturing sectors.  His role at DSS also includes bringing the best of DSS from across the globe to solve our clients toughest challenges in Safety and Risk, Operational Excellence and Innovation.

Prior to joining DSS, Rajiv was part of the Energy and Performance Improvement practices at Bain & Co, a global management consulting firm. His role was to partner with clients and lead programs to turn around business performance through operational improvements, cost reduction and growth strategy, both in the APAC and wider region.  Prior to that he was in the global leadership of BP’s commercial improvement function, where he led numerous programs aimed at turnaround of BP’s portfolio businesses in both Upstream and Downstream, across Europe, Southern Africa, China and Australia.  He started his career with KPMG consulting where he led the firm’s Cost Reduction practice in Singapore.
